Corporate+
What is Corporate+?
Corporate+ is employee pricing for organisations that partner with Workplace Devices. Verified employees see their Corporate+ price on every product, for personal use.
Who is eligible?
Employees of approved partner organisations, verified with a work email on the organisation’s domain. Personal email addresses (like Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook or iCloud) can’t be used.
How do I get my Corporate+ price?
Sign in with your work email using the one-time code sent to it. If your organisation is a Corporate+ partner, your Corporate+ price shows automatically, with no codes to enter.
How much do I save?
Savings vary by product. Once you’re signed in, each product shows your Corporate+ price and how much you save on RRP.
Does my Corporate+ access expire?
No. Once verified, your access stays active. It may be removed if you leave your organisation or your organisation leaves the programme.
How many can I buy with Corporate+?
Up to 2 of each product per order.
My organisation isn’t a Corporate+ partner. Can we join?
Contact us and choose "Corporate+ for my organisation". We’ll review it and get back to you.
Orders & delivery
Where do you deliver, and how much does it cost?
Delivery is free anywhere in Singapore. We can’t deliver to offshore islands, protected areas, PO boxes or parcel lockers.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and arrive 3–4 working days after dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email your tracking details once your order ships. You can also check order status in your account.
What if I miss the delivery?
Our courier makes up to 2 delivery attempts, and may ask for a signature. If both attempts fail, the order returns to our warehouse and we refund the full amount to your original payment method. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns & warranty
Can I return or exchange a product?
We can’t accept returns for a change of mind. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, email googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos and an unboxing video. We collect the item at no cost, then send a replacement, or a full refund if none is available. See our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
How do I cancel an order?
Email googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg with your order number before your order is dispatched. We refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once dispatched, an order can’t be cancelled.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go to your original payment method within 10 working days of our receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
My device has a fault. Who do I contact?
Pixel and Fitbit products come with Google’s limited warranty. For a phone, contact CTDI Singapore, the authorised Pixel service centre, at pixel@ctdi.com.sg. For a watch, a Fitbit, earbuds or an accessory, contact VSTECS’s service centre at techsvrs@ecs.com.sg. Within the one-year warranty, VSTECS exchanges a faulty unit one to one, assessed case by case.
