Shipping & Delivery

As well as offering a distinctive online shopping experience, VSTECS (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("VSTECS", "we", "us") works hard to deliver your Google Pixel devices and accessories in good quality and in top condition. We know you’re looking forward to your order, and we do our best to deliver it as quickly as possible.

Delivery Area

We deliver to addresses in Singapore only. We’re unable to deliver to offshore islands, protected areas, P.O boxes and parcel lockers.

Shipping Method and Duration

We aim to dispatch every order as soon as possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. We’ll send you an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. If your order doesn’t arrive within the time above, please contact us at googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg and we’ll follow up with our courier partner as quickly as possible.

Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive your order, our courier partner will try again. A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made. A signature from the recipient may be required on delivery.

If the order can’t be delivered after the final attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once it reaches our warehouse, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Checking Your Order on Delivery

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or appears to have been tampered with, or an item is missing or isn’t what you ordered, please tell us within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Shipping Cost

Delivery is free for all orders.

Track Your Order

Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send your order and tracking details to the email address you gave at checkout. Our courier partner may also contact you by SMS with tracking details, delivery rescheduling or other delivery support. You can also contact us at googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg.

Large Orders

Each order is subject to the quantity limits in our Terms & Conditions. For larger quantities, please contact us through the Contact page or at googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg.
