Workplace Devices is an Authorised fulfilment partner for Google Pixel devices in Singapore, for businesses and their employees in Singapore.

Your visit to this Website is subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, available on this Website.

This Website is independently owned and operated by VSTECS (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (UEN 198401965K), a company incorporated in Singapore. The Website features logos, trademarks, trade names, slogans and other indicators of origin that belong to Google LLC.

The arrangement between VSTECS and Google is on an arm’s length, principal-to-principal basis.

Your use of this Website confirms your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

VSTECS reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of this Website after any such change means you agree to follow and be bound by the Terms & Conditions as changed.

By accepting this Agreement electronically, you confirm your acceptance, and it will be treated as a written agreement bearing your signature.

You accept all the terms and conditions as follows:

"Agreement" means the terms and conditions set out here, including all schedules, appendices and annexures, and our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Cancellation Policy, as amended, supplemented, varied or replaced from time to time.

Agreement

This Agreement is between VSTECS (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with UEN 198401965K and its registered office at 19 Kallang Avenue, #07-153, Singapore 339410 ("VSTECS", "we", "us" or "our"), which includes its successors and permitted assigns, of the one part, and you, the user of this Website, whether as a visitor, a person intending to make a purchase, or a person making a purchase through this Website ("you"), of the other part.

VSTECS is a wholesaler of computer hardware and peripheral equipment.

Ways to Shop

With Corporate+: if your employer takes part in Corporate+, sign in and verify your work email address to buy at Corporate+ prices (see Corporate+ below).

Corporate+

Corporate+ is an employee purchase programme for employees of organisations that take part in it ("participating organisations").

To use Corporate+, sign in and verify a work email address on a domain registered by your participating organisation. Once verified, you’ll see Corporate+ prices on the Website while signed in.
Your Corporate+ access doesn’t expire. VSTECS may remove it, for example if your organisation stops taking part in Corporate+ or you no longer work there.
Products bought at Corporate+ prices are for your own personal use and may not be resold.
Corporate+ prices can’t be combined with other discounts. Where more than one discount could apply, the best eligible discount is applied at checkout.

Order Limits

Corporate+ customers can buy up to 2 units of each product variant (for example, one model in one storage size and colour) per order. Other signed-in customers can buy up to 5 units of each product variant per order. For larger quantities, please contact us at googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg.

Prices & GST

All prices are shown in Singapore dollars (S$) and include GST. Delivery is free.

VSTECS issues a tax invoice for every order, showing our GST registration number, M200649974. Please write in to googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg to request for a change in tax invoice after the order is placed.

Orders & Payment

Payment is made online at checkout through our payment service provider, 2C2P. We accept credit cards, PayNow and UOB instalment plans.

Your order is accepted when we email you to confirm that it has been dispatched. Until then, we may cancel it as set out in our Returns & Cancellation Policy. Order cancellations and refunds are covered by our Returns & Cancellation Policy.

Discount codes are subject to the terms shown with each code, can be used only once per order unless stated otherwise, and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Event code GCLOUDPIXEL26

The code GCLOUDPIXEL26 takes 5% off the whole order, on top of Corporate+ pricing, when you are signed in as a Corporate+ customer and the order contains at least one Pixel phone. It can be used once per customer, from 7 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, 23:59 Singapore time. It cannot be combined with any other discount code. If the phone is returned, the discount is void.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSTECS shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with, your access to this Website or any information on it or on any linked websites. VSTECS shall not be liable for special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, whether a claim for such damages is brought in contract, negligence or tort.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VSTECS will not be responsible for any liability arising out of the conduct of its employees, associates, contractors and suppliers that may cause any financial or other loss to you.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual Property

VSTECS operates the Website. The intellectual property rights, ownership and proprietary rights in the brand content of the Website are owned by Google. Google, Pixel, Fitbit and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. No part of the Website, its designs, or the terms and references within it may be copied or transmitted for commercial purposes. Nothing in this Agreement gives, or shall be deemed to grant, directly or by implication, any right, title or interest in or to the ownership or use of the trademarks and intellectual property. Buying products or services on this Website does not transfer to you any of the intellectual property in the products or services, their design or concepts.

Third-Party Hyperlinks

This Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than VSTECS. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. VSTECS does not control such websites and is not responsible for their contents. Including a hyperlink to such a website does not imply that VSTECS endorses the material on it or is associated with its operators.

Indemnity

Any fraud, neglect, deliberate omission, wrongful act or default by you will be subject to legal action, and VSTECS will not be responsible for your actions. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold VSTECS harmless from and against all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal costs, arising from or related to your access to and use of the Website.

Force Majeure

VSTECS shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure results from circumstances outside its control, including but not limited to war, any governmental act, explosion, accident, civil commotion, riot, industrial dispute, strike, lockout, stoppage or restraint of labour from whatever cause, whether partial or general, weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public or private road or highway, epidemic or pandemic, fire, flood or any other act of God.

Changes to Website, Policies & Terms

VSTECS may at any time change the Website, its contents, and its policies and terms, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Cancellation Policy, without prior notice and without the prior permission of users of the Website.

Errors & Corrections

VSTECS is a sales channel and aims to make all product information accurate. However, if there are any unintentional errors relating to products, pricing, availability, shipping or product supply, VSTECS will make good by correcting the amount (if incorrectly charged) and may change the Website to correct the errors, without any obligation to supply the product or service at the previously published incorrect price or description.

Product Responsibility

VSTECS is solely a channel for the sale of Google Pixel and Fitbit devices and accessories. VSTECS is not responsible for any consequences that arise from the use of these products. Buyers and users of the products must make their own judgement of the safety and risks associated with them and are solely responsible for the consequences of their use.

Product Information

Information about the products sold by VSTECS is provided by Google. VSTECS publishes this information as provided, without further verification, and is not responsible for its accuracy or validity.

Website Content & Copyright

The content of this Website may include material created by suppliers and others. If any of this material is found to be objectionable, or to breach any law or copyright, the responsibility lies with the producer of the material, and VSTECS will not be liable or responsible for it. Any such issue must be dealt with by the original producer of the content. To report a violation or concern, please email googleeppstore@ecs.com.sg.

Delivery

Products will be delivered as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. If for any reason products are sent by a different method from the one shown in your order, you won’t need to pay any additional charges. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery, and ownership passes to you when we receive full payment.

Product Representation

Product colours and actual sizes may vary from their visual representation on the Website.

Warranty

Products sold on this Website come with Google’s limited warranty. For warranty information and claims, please contact techsvrs@ecs.com.sg for Pixel accessories, and pixel@ctdi.com.sg for Pixel phones, for a diagnosis.

Assignment

VSTECS may assign or transfer all or part of its rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute, difference or controversy arises between the parties out of or in connection with this Agreement, or any action taken under it, the parties shall first make every effort to settle it amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the Governing Law & Jurisdiction section above.

Notices

All notices, demands or other communications required or permitted under or in connection with this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be sufficiently given if (i) delivered by hand, or (ii) sent by prepaid registered post, addressed to VSTECS at:
